I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in June of 2002, I cant believe no one caught it until now. I have been suffering for about 6 years. It started when I went in for depression and was put on Prozac. The doctor did start giving me Feldene, which is for muscle aches. I have since January of 2002 changed my medication from Prozac to Serezone and I no longer have to take the Feldene. Until recently my daily activities have been getting less and less to the point where I have my kids get me a soda out of the fridge because I didnt want to get up. I stopped walking up stairs. My name is Adrianne and I live in Tucson, AZ. I've had Fibromyalgia for at least 10 years. I lived in Denver for 30 years prior to this move and during those years, I went to some of the finest rheumatologists in Denver, diagnosed with fibromyalgia. There was really nothing they could do but give me suggestions for some relief, not knowing if it would help. Anyone who suffers from Fibromyalgia knows how debilitating it can be. Unrelenting pain, inability to sleep well, severe fatigue and depression are just a few of the symptoms we live with.
I am 66 years old and about 12 years ago I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease, an auto-immune condition affecting the digestive system and for which there is no cure. Up until then, I was living a healthy active life. I worked full time, exercised regularly, had an enviable amount of energy, and enjoyed my husband, two children and a grandchild. Crohns changed my life somewhat but after two surgeries and daily medication, I was able to function quite well.
About a year ago, I began to feel ill again but my symptoms were different. My body ached continually. I couldn't get a peaceful night's sleep. I was exhausted all the time and I felt depressed. Daily living became a real challenge. I tried to ignore how I was feeling and even began trying to talk myself out of my pain. I was taking alleve as often as I could and not getting relief. I feel like I am alive again because of my "Angel" Dennis Mahoney. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1995 because of a car accident and was physically unable to work. I'm very grateful to my friend and fellow fibromyalgia sufferer for calling me and telling me about fibromyalgia 90/10. I had gotten some relief from prescription anti-inflammatory and Flexoril at night, but recently have been suffering from an acceleration of degenerative osteoarthritis. In fact, I was healing from a painful hand surgery when I started the 90/10.

Cranberries are a good thing!
After taking it (2 caps, twice a day) for almost two weeks I began to notice that I had more energy. It's also helped in the fact that normally if I'm under stress I begin to ache all over. I've had some stress of late and I'm not hurting, moving as if I'm 180 years old. My outlook also seems to be brighter, so I'm guessing that my sleep pattern is improving. I know don't wake up as often because I'm not hurting, and I feel as if I've had rest when I get up.
